SCBNB contract cleaners follow the processes and procedures created and developed by SCBNB.

SCBNB reserves the right to increase Turn Around Cleaning cost if the property is left in an unreasonable condition.

SCBNB has an alert line if an unfortunate maintenance issue should arise.
One of our SCBNB Maintenance Team members will arrive to the property within 24 hours to assess the issue, complete minor repairs or contact one of SCBNB's channel of professional services to schedule appropriate service for maintenance issues that are out SCBNB's scope.
****Additional cost may apply for parts, additional labor or if site visits exceeds 4 visits per month or labor exceeds 8 hours within a month****

SCBNB will list and manage property for the term of one year. Owners must provide a sixty-day notice must be provided for cancellation or term of service will renew automatically. SCBNB will collect a management fee of 15% of the nightly rate as well as any other operating fees. Owners will be notified and billed for any replacement of items/furnishings, maintenance or repairs that does or can potentially interfere with booking dates during term of service.

Any early termination of service can result in early termination fees determined by SCBNB's Leadership Team.
Outstanding fees can be assessed as a lien on the property after 90 days.
SCBNB Leadership Team reserves the right to terminate any service agreement without prejudice at any time.
